It is now possible by surgical means to enhance the length and thickness of the visible (pendulous) penis. By means of an outpatient procedure, and the postoperative use of a weight device, both the visible length and the girth of the penis can be increased initially by at least one inch, often more, rarely less. We have done about 1200 phalloplasties in the last eight years.
The surgery usually takes about 75 minutes and you generally leave the out-patient surgery center about 2 hours later. Through a small - shaped incision on the pubic mound at the base of your penis, two of the ligaments suspending the penis from the underside of the pubic bone are divided, and the penis eases forward about an inch and a half. There is no change in the “angle of the dangle” and no instability.
Girth enhancement is accomplished by aspirating fat from your pubic mound, abdomen and “love handles” and injecting this fat gently underneath the skin of your penile shaft, creating a smooth, symmetrical cylindrical shaft. Most patients resume normal activities within a few days.
Enhancement phalloplasty is not a perfect operation. No one is ever perfectly satisfied. But when asked retrospectively if they would have the operation again, the great majority say yes. We strive for perfection, we don’t always achieve it, but we often get close. If you are realistic in your expectations and well-motivated, we believe you will be pleased with the results.

I am seeing a urologist for ED and low testosterone. He mentioned he could give me any size penis I desired. He also mentioned a considerable sum of money. Would Insurance and Medicare apply here because of the ED? I have read a fair amount of articles on this and feel that cutting the ligatures and putting in a bladder with a reservoir and pump would be best. I understand this cannot be reversed later.
