Six operations later my 'nose' was sort of normal looking but to my dismay a small nodular white spot has appeared within my left nostril where the flap joins the rest of my nose inside the nostril. I am off for diagnosis next week and I am very nervous that it may have reappeared. Any thoughts on this please?
